ESS TRAC-MOUNT Primary Cleaner
Normally mounted on the face of the head pulley, the TRAC-MOUNT® Primary Cleaner's urethane blades effi ciently peel the adhearing material from the belt surface. The Stainless Steel track and blade carrier interface, means the blades simply slide on/ slide off the cleaner under all operating conditions. Inspectioon and maintenace is quick and easy.

ESS Standard IN-LINE Secondary Cleaner

ESS Return Belt Cleaner
The RBC® Return Belt Cleaner utalises Polyurethane support straps, lightly pretensioned to hold the cleaner against the belt. Chatter is eleminated, as the cleaner fl oats and responds to every belt movement. The ESS RBC features a urethane blade for long-life and effi cent cleaning and can also be supplied in Mines Department approved Frasthane 750 for underground applications. Interlocking left and right blade wings mean easy blade replacment. Locking pipe mounts allowpre-tensioning of polyurethane support straps. Clamp type mount bracket for versatility in installations. No welding means no chance of weld induced pipe failure. Safety Chain for total protection of conveyor system. Shovel nose cone, common to all belt widths ensures unsurpassed belt cleaning effi ciency.
