ESS 2000
The ESS 2000 Series attaches to the outside of the conveyor belt load skirts to provide an effective seal, preventing material loss and dust emissions. Each ESS 2000 Skirting assembly comprises of a 1,200mm-long back-plate with four captive wedge or cotter assemblies and two 590mm-long clamp plates. The back-plate may be site cut to 600mm in length and used with a single-clamp plate. This allows skirt lengths of any multiple of 600mm to be accommodated using standard components.
For skirt lengths that are not a multiple of 600mm, refer to Section 4.1 for installation details. The rubber seal is secured in place by the clamp plates, which are in turn held by two captive wedges (or cotters). This system allows ease of adjustment or replacement of the rubber seal. Using the Apron Seal urethane dual seal alongside this product helps to control very dusty material.

ESS Apron Seal
Apron Seal™ Skirting consists of primary and secondary sealing strips, with the primary seal acting as a retainer for the majority of material, preventing it from leaking past the chute walls.
The secondary seal subsequently prevents the escape of any material that may have bypassed the primary seal. Material trapped by the secondary seal continues in a tunnel formed by the gap between the primary and secondary seals. The dovetail urethane secondary seal can be used with either the 3” or 5” primary seal to create a highly efficient dual seal. The rubber seal (which is not dovetailed) can be clamped against almost any existing skirting system and will provide a low-pressure secondary seal that effectively captures any fugitive material without needing adjustment. In some cases, with proper chute wall and wear liner design, Apron Seal™ Rubber Skirting can be installed alone as a complete sealing system.

ESS Heavy Duty Apron Seal
HD APRON SEAL™ Skirting is effective in applications on high-speed belts or where there are high service temperatures or where the lifecycle of other skirting systems is "too short". The HD Apron Seal™ Skirting System is composed of a durable nitrile rubber strip that forms two sealing surfaces when clamped against the outside of the chute wall. The primary seal stands at the bottom the chute to contain the main material stream. The 'Outrigger' secondary seal lies on the belt outside the chute to capture and fines that have pushed under the primary seal.

ESS Quiklok Clamps
The ESS QUIKLOK® SKIRT CLAMP SYSTEM is designed to hold a rubber or similar skirt seal firmly in place to reduce or eliminate loss of material fines and dust from the conveyor loading enclosure.
The ESS QUIKLOK® SKIRT CLAMP SYSTEM attaches to the outside of the conveyor belt load skirts.
The ESS QUIKLOK® SKIRT CLAMP SYSTEM can be site modified or specially manufactured to different lengths for specific applications

ESS Trac-Mount Skirtboard
The TRAC-MOUNT™ Skirt Board is the only conveyor skirting which provides a continuous dust-tight seal and allows adjustment for wear in small increments at any
