In 2011 SCE was contracted by Downers EDI Engineering Power Pty Ltd to designed and built a 12.75m long Belt Feeder. On behalf of OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd for the Iron Baron LGO Beneficiation Project in Whyalla, South Australia.

Iron OreAll Rocktec feeders are built to withstand the harshest conditions and to give maximum throughput with minimum maintenance.
This 12.75m long, 1800mm wide belt feeder was custom designed to meet the customers individual site requirements. It was required to feed iron ore up to a maximum size of 40mm at a minimum feed rate of 200 tph. It has an installed power of 15kW. It was fitted with ESS Primary & Secondary Belt Scrapers and a Return belt Vee Plough.
