In November 2013 SCE was engaged by New Zealand Steel Ltd to design, build and install a pair of Vibrating screens for their Taharoa Mine Site.

- Paint system to suit harsh marine environment.In November 2013 SCE was engaged by New Zealand Steel Ltd to design, build and install a pair of Vibrating screens for their Taharoa Mine Site.
These screens are 14’ x 6’ (4200x1800) single deck extra heavy duty versions specifically manufactured to fit. The screens are designed to remove forestry debris and oversize particles from the iron sand. A boil box fitted to the infeed of the screen assists with the slurification of the iron sand which is then pumped to the main processing plant.
