A Telescopic Radial Luffing conveyor is a major component in this plant which is designed to produce Concrete aggregate, Sealing chip and GAP products. The plant is split over three different levels with the primary section being totally enclosed in a building. The design also integrated an existing plant still in operation.
The apron feeder delivers up to 750tph of product to be processed through to the quaternary screening binset which includes an automated fractionation plant.
In 2012 Rocktec also Designed, built and installed a 20 x 8 Double Deck Inclined Vibrating Screen to replace one of the existing screens at this plant.
