SCE supplied five Crucible Tilters within a very short lead time. They were completed, fully tested, on time and within budget.

The contract, worth $1.4M was awarded as a result of our previous association with the aluminium smelting industry, having manufactured plant, including special heavy duty cranes successfully over the years.

SCE project managed all design, including pneumatics, in-house design of electrical / electronics and hydraulic controls and actuation. 

Raise / lower function via hydraulic sylinders with pumps driven via a pneumatic motor. Remote radio control of all functions.
